Can I give it a zero??? Didn’t get the order so I called to inquire. They claimed he dropped it off but it wasn’t at my door. Then they hung up on me. Avoid at all costs.

Took 30 minutes longer than what they said it would and when I called to complain they hung up the phone on me 4 times, even the manager hung up on me. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced!!!!

I will never use this location or papa johns for that matter i hit 15 percent tip and maybe it did maybe it l didnt go through idk but the driver set there and harrased my gf about a tip, then i call in and the manager says ill talk to the driver. Um no keep your food i would of liked a refund take your food and just go i will go to pizza hut for now on wonder why they have 3 stars

I ordered a pizza from them and they sent out the wrong thing. I had later called and asked about it and they said my order was coming out of the oven and was on its way, but it never showed up. I then called the next day hoping to get a refund for the almost $30 I spent for the pizza I never got and the lady on the phone acted like I have never ordered from that location or called before and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional, rude, and not any help at all. I guess I will now attempt to contact my bank and see if I can get the charge taken off since their own manager doesn't seem to care or want to help at all. I would not recommend ordering from this location.
