I had to take my 5 star's down to 3. Now this is one of my favorite locations to go too and the food and service is always great and the drinks fantastic! However I visited last weekend and was met by a horrible hostess that was rude and very nasty acting. She showed us our table threw or silverware (that wasn't even enough for our party) on the table and walked off. Or skillet queso was just so nasty and smelled old. Our burgers were great the kids meals were cold. Just a very poor experience from such a fantastic location.

The staff was great. I had the Caribbean Salad, and while it was okay, it would have been better with more lettuce. The place was clean, but somewhat worn looking. Definitely not the Chili's of old!

The food and service at this location is consistently good. Your standard burgers, nachos, fajitas and bar & grill fare. I did have a sort of strange experience last time. They handed me a "virtual menu" where you have to scan the QR code to view a menu on your phone, without asking me of I had the ability to do so or if I had a preference. The location of this restaurant is in a cell phone dead zone where not even using mobile data works half the time. So, I couldn't read the menu and had to ask for a physical copy, and was even told they knew it's in a dead zone, so... why use these?? Anyway, other than that, no complaints.
