I took some 14-karat gold jewelryThere with diamondsThey gave me $40 Even though the weight was 4.5 , first employee said they'd give 80 then the male manager came with the 40 becausevi payed something previously and wasn't able to get it.. They're not giving people the value of their products if they have anything That was not Picked up from a previous transaction there's no signs that say that. And I will be contacting the tulsa BBB . Because a past transaction pawn of an item that you will sell anyways DOES NOT DEVALUE THE ITEMS THAT ARE PAWED AT A LATER DATE

This place is full of lazy employees that don’t care about the customer. I was just in there and had waited 20 minutes to get serviced. 10 minutes until they closed they addressed me and then as soon as it was time to clock out for them they immediately denied serving me. They were rude and disrespectful to me and I will never go back here again. I’ve been here several times over the past 20 years of living near it, and have seen their facility & specifically employees have become awful.

Got new tools barely used they wouldn't accept because I didn't break them in. Literally needed the money and was going to come back for them when I got paid. This is why I quit coming here a long time ago. They act like how much do you need just to say they look too new. Never heard of that! People don't waste your time go to EZ Pawn they have better customer service and offer more.

Pretty good shop to buy jewelery. Bought a couple rings valued around a $1k for a little over $600. They earn commission and don't try to make a killing. Place and staff are always clean and friendly too. Decent Rifle, shotgun, and hand gun selection.
