DO NOT waste your time or $! We have been trying for almost a year to get the basal cell taken care of, but either rescheduled, redirected or totally forgotten about. When stitches were removed and the wound opened up, the on-call Dr. advised us to keep the wound covered and clean for the weekend, come in on Monday to get it taken care of. After following his advice, we were told they can’t stitch it up, it had been open too long. Incompetent doctor, over-scheduled office, and no empathy for patients and their schedules. Pay out of pocket before going to ANY of these offices!

They cancelled their contract with Molina or anyone under Regal insurance, so, after waiting more than 6 months for an appointment, mine was cancelled. They didn’t even inform me, and claim my empty iPhone mailbox was full. I use this for work and always check messages.

For a few years I've had a few skin tags that I felt I could get rid of myself, so I did. I recently started getting irritation on my neck for the few larger ones I had left. A friend advised me to seek medical advice. After my initial consultation/appointment I scheduled a date and finally had them removed. Easy surgical procedure almost no pain. Thought it would've took longer but it didn't. Staff was nice and the doctor answered the little questions I had. Overall good experience.

my son needed to be put on schedule for an appointment he was put on quick within a day or two, was actually offered the same day but unfortunately had prior plans had to decline. The Office was busy, could use a larger waiting room. Was called back by a very kind medical assistant, The Provider Derek was quick he listened to the concerns we had and made sure we were comfortable with what he suggested. Front office staff was very busy I did like that the blonde girl checking us in was very friendly and engaged in conversation with other patients checking in would recommend for your skin needs

I've had trouble with timely referrals and follow through. Good luck, try sending a pigeon. I like the people there. But they need to work on a few things. I have gotten caught in patient ping pong, between advance Hemet, their own surgeon, and my insurance trying to get a referral to get a squamous cell removed. Nobody taking accountability and just blew me off. Finally my primary got ahold of them and amazing. My appointment with the surgeon was scheduled for the following week.
I don't recall that amount. Give them a call. They are very up-front about pricing, actually posting a sign with the amount of several procedures.
