Unfortunately the staff that I dealt with seem to lack professionalism, understanding, and quality customer service. I would recommend using the San Jacinto facility or another physical therapy center all together.

I've been to several different physical therapy companies through the years and would recommend All Star as I'm impressed with their facility and therapists. I think they do a great job overall! The front staff is friendly and efficient, the aides are helpful, the facility is clean with top equipment, and the therapists are knowledgeable and caring. That being said, there are a few areas to improve on, continuity of care, consistency, and professionalism. Sometimes even when appointments are scheduled with a certain therapist, staff switch among themselves to adjust schedules. I don't like arriving and finding out I'm being seen by a different therapist. (It's happened 3X even though the front tells me it shouldn't.) I also don't like when the therapist is double or triple booked, and I feel like I don't get full attention because the time is rushed or not concentrated. I can get anywhere from 10 - 30 minutes of time, which makes a big difference. Finally this facility has an adjoining personal fitness/jym center that many of the staff use during their lunch hour. Since it's fully visible to the rest of the facility, some may view this as unprofessional. Perhaps a door or some type of barrier should block, so that clients don't see therapists and aides dressed in shorts and exercising. I've heard some of the other clients talking about this. It doesn't necessarily bother me, but I was surprised, and sometimes the staff is quite loud and energetic while exercising.

Awesome place and the staff have been absolutely amazing. Been going here for almost a year now and my therapist Candice has been one of the best people I have ever me . She pushes me to be better everyday. I owe a lot to her. The other staff has been just as amazing. High quality and standards. Amazing people.

As I didn't know that this place did exist I thought there was only one physical therapy place in Hemet San Jacinto. But once I found this place I was pleasantly pleased. There were quite the professionals did outstanding service. They worked on all the areas that my doctor suggested to work on. I've seen the other place that are in Hemet that are not professional and just listen to loud music while we're trying to do stuff. But this place here they walk you through everything to make sure you understand. what has to be done was the best interest for you as a patient to get better help and your physical therapy. But I must say that that thing that really made me happy about this place was affected their staff and the front did not give us a hard time about our insurance and looked up the Insurance the same day and may phone calls back to the East Coast and West Coast to make sure that we were covered . The notorious• HGS with my physical therapist during this time. Outstanding and professional I greatly appreciate all the work was done but as you see when they work with other patients here to there always professionals and they're here in a really care about you getting better.
