Good McDonald's but sometimes they get your order wrong.

I go there a few times a week through the drive thru and order 2 coffees. There is a female employee who works the 2nd window who INSISTS on giving me a drink carrier. I politely decline and she says I can't take it back. The first time she took it back. This time she threw it on the ground. SO I called the manager and the manager was RUDE and stated they have to use drink carriers. I said ask the person if they want one. Manager said they are not allowed to ask. How dumb, I have several cup holders in my car as I am sure you do too. It is irresponsible to waste those items. I won't be buying my coffee there anymore!

The service was good but the food was terrible. Everything was over cooked and hard. The McChickens were like shoe leather. I think the quality of McDonalds as a company as a whole has really gone down hill lately.

Ordered a cheeseburger meal pack which is obviously meant for 2 people to share, yet when I got my food via Uber eats and sat down and took it all out of the bag I was given just one solitary napkin........when did fast food places, especially McDonald's, become so stingy with napkins? Is there a tree shortage I'm not aware of?

Of course! All McDs do, but in order to access it, you may have to open your phones browser and type in 'McDlnalds Waypiort access" to sign in, and should only have to do that whenever you get a new phone!
A delivery order seems the most packed up for customers. They have sneeze guards over every point of sale including drive thru windows. Workers usually are practicing correct mask procedures. A lot of in store is open again, but a worker serves all drinks now instead of a help yourself set up as before. While in the drive thru they have a card reader on a stick they offer you thru the window, which is the most contactless option to pay. In my city masks are required for guests in all restaurants.
