The people know the meat business and they are good folks. I have had animals processed at Allen and the quality has been excellent. I am from the Allen area and appreciate having them here. They keep the plant clean and are extremely sanitary. Prices are very competitive. I do not normally write reviews but was incensed by the negative review on this site. It's bullshit.
