I came here feeling scared and horrible and I can honestly say from the moment I stepped through that door to the moment I left everyone was so kind and genuine. The nurse was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was sweet and assured me my baby and I were going to be okay. It’s one thing to just do your job and another to go above and beyond. I really appreciate everyone and their kindness.

Based on today’s visit. Registration and triage were efficient. Was quoted 2-3 hours. Was in/out within an hour despite being busy. Dr. G was compassionate and quickly assessed what was needed. Radiology was also very accommodating, caring, empathetic and put my 14 month old at ease during imaging. Really appreciated the Rad staff. Had a very positive experience overall. Everyone from registration, triage and physicians work as a cohesive team and it shows. As a side note: I called ahead and was directed by Redlands U/C to go to East Campus for abdominal imaging for pediatrics. Very happy with how thorough questioning was over the phone to ensure I was routed to the appropriate place.

It has been a month so you kindly know the answer. Still, for readers, that is the soy based formula. It is one of the formula options for.milk sensitivity. As long as the child not have an allergy to soy, it is good as an alternative choice.
Wait times vary. I’ve been seen within ten minutes of check-in for a standard issue, but some patients wait longer. LLU used to have a website where you could put your name in ahead of time and know your wait time. I can’t find it now, but it might be available later.
