I like this location! The staff are friendly and welcoming even if we're stuck in a line for a little bit. (It still went by pretty fast.) I went in today to get a Live Scan done, and Sandra was great--helpful with questions and friendly like the rest of the staff. Thanks so much Sandra!

I was being helped by an associate, she walked away and didnt say anything. She told the manager she had mail something out that was more important. The manager said sorry please wait while he helped other customers. I was finally helped by another associate after a long wait.

I was helped by Jennipher today, and let me tell you that she provided the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Jenn was already set on helping me as soon as I walked through the front door. She, and the rest of the staff, provided a friendly and helpful environment. I always go to this UPS store to make any sort of drop off. The hours are super convenient and reliable, just like the staff.

This was my first time to this particular UPS Store and I was in and out within 5 minutes. I'm not one to typically share a review but I was extremely impressed on how professional polite and prompt the staff were. They greeted everybody with a hello as they walked through the door. And even coordinated amongst each other for proper time management. Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism employee Travon provided to me. It's nice to know that there is still good customer service during a time where it is given and expected less.
