Do you mean... Why are the phone lines always busy ? Just asking. I can't explain the reason as I'm just a guide. I don't work there.
Masks required! 6 foit distancing, and shields are in place at the register.. I have witnessed employees sanitizing cooler doors & other surfaces while I was in the store.
