The printer had no paper. The desk clerk said the printer was broken. Sent info to my phone. When we checked in neither key worked. Luckily the maintenance man was near. He verified the keys were not functioning. Left us in the hall waiting. I finally called the desk agent. He said come to the desk to get new keys. Had to leave all our check in belongings in the hall of a place we'd not been to before along with my already stressed worried and tired wife. We also have a 13 yr old daughter. My wife was not happy waiting. Luckily we got new room and working keys. I heard other guests commenting about their keys shortly after check in. For the record Allynda Craig offered to let me email a document to her and she would print it in the office behind check in.

We were hosting a wedding in town and had a block of rooms booked. We also used one of the meeting rooms as a hospitality suite. The staff was amazing!! We had better and friendlier service than the last 5 star hotel I hosted an event at. Mary Ann, and front desk staff and cleaning crew bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of for our guests. Thank you - well done Residence Inn Tyler!

Gotta say with our current stay here due to insurance reasons, the room cleaning has been terrible with constant requests for several weeks (no vacuuming/sweeping, change of bed sheets, etc.), on top of something smelling rotten/dead in the air vents, and the only people who seem to do their job are the cooks and the people at the front desk (I thank you so much if y'all are reading this). The complementary breakfast, gym, and pool have been nice, however the lack of care in everything else has deminished the enjoyment of the stay here.

Courtney, the front desk lady, was super nice! She went above and beyond on getting me a room for two nights when another hotel in town cancelled my room. I appreciate her being so helpful and giving me a great Rate. Thanks again, Courtney!

Thats what we paid (Marriott Rewards member). Im sure Pedro is correct, they use dynamic pricing so $300/night is certainly feasible.
