Sorry for double review but my other one was from a account I seldom use. This one is from my account where most of my reviews are done….. lol We were residents of the Auberge in Tyler for over two years. When we moved to the area we wanted to find the nicest apartment complex with a great “home” feel, we enjoyed that feeling and our time at Auberge. The units were very spacious. The neighbors were friendly. We ended up making friends that we will probably keep in touch with for life. Maintenance is so very kind and always polite. The valet trash was a plus for sure. We want to say Thank You to Yolanda for making out exit from the Auberge as pleasant as possible. We really appreciated her efforts in the transition. It’s a nice place to live and it’s safe! We have two Husky’s and love the all fencing around the entire property the most just as a safety blanket in case the dogs got out on an accident, however; we came here cause the dog parks and quietness and the dog park has been “broken” since we got here 9 months ago! Also, it seems like the front office cares more about demanding people to do things versus asking how they can accommodate (since it is a steep rent for being in Tyler). Lastly, the gates seem to stop working every month and the app doesn’t work half the time when we try to pull it up… All in all, we enjoy our stay but it could be improved!
