Horrible! We did not feel safe. People live in this motel. Lawn chairs and pets were outside doors. The room had a stale odor. The parking was not safe so we hauled all our belongings into the room. After 10 minutes we decided to forfeit our money and leave because we did not feel safe.

Okay budget hotel, Thankfully met our needs, stayed 3 days/would return for the price $72 inc. tax πappreciated 3 pillows on each bed! (needs do not disturb placards&mount tv on wall-is too low, outer door sticks but is secure) *no fridge or micowave but is single serve coffee pot in this freshly painted room & the newer flooring is appreciated rather than carpet (rm 158)

Honestly for it being a cost efficient inn, it was good. Ac worked great. Location was convenient. The door had some damage that looked like it had been broken in before. Some guests looked alittle sketchy but everyone was nice. The rooms being open to parking lot made it loud at night

Best choice for LaQuita locations in the Tyler, Texas area. Our original booking was at a different location and the desk person was HORRIBLE. She literally told us to take our (very small) dog and leave after asking us to pay a SECOND $150 deposit and refused to switch us to a pet friendly location as we had reserved. She yelled at us for no good reason and had a whole ONE WEEK of front desk experience. The lady here named Kimberly was the only employee willing to help us and fixed everything in 5 minutes.

6am, but you are close to enough good places to eat that a hot breakfast is easy to find.
Its a free continental breakfast. Best one i have seen. The eggs were boiled.
3:00pm is check in time. Few exceptions.
Smoking rooms are available. No elevator I am aware of, though. There could be one up front by the office.
