So we spent almost $500 on a birthday party.. and they give a A Free pass for the birthday kid.. COME TO FIND OUT ITS ONLY A BASIC.. SO IF THEY WANTED TO COME BACK TO DO EVERYTHING WHICH IS AN ULTIMATE PASS.. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. So sad they can't even give you an ultimate pass or just pay a discounted rate for your kid who you spent hundreds of dollars on.

Had a great time today with my boys. The price is right and they really enjoyed the trampolines and the other things they could do. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Although our fist experience here was below par, this time around was an absolute success. We will be back in the near future. Pricing is acceptable and fair for what they offer.

Great place for families to have fun together! There's something fun for all ages to do. If you tend to get cold easy, bring a jacket because they keep it cold inside!

I had a great experience at urban air! The young ladies at the front desk were super sweet & helpful with my children. The prices are affordable. The building was clean. The location is nice & convenient. I have no complaints.

Yes They Do
We do not have any age limits, but do have height requirements for some of our attractions. Anything with a harness requires the individual to be 48 inches tall, and our warrior course requirement is 41 inches.
The workers wear masks, butt nobody in our group did and we didn't see others wearing them either.
