Anonymous To avoid Drama

I went to get a Brazilian Blowout by Emily & when I showed up they canceled my appointment on me saying I was doing “too much to my hair in too short of a time frame” (the only other service I had done to my hair was getting it colored the day before). Emily was aware of this and her only concern when she messaged me was if I was still coming to my appointment. When I showed up, they informed me they were canceling due to “worrying I was doing too much to my hair” … they said they were going to reschedule in 2 weeks so we set that up. However I then got a message from Emily’s mother saying she was going to cancel again and this time gave me no explanation. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Seems like they are wrapped up in too much drama.

My son Gio, has autism and doesn't like his hair or ears messed with. But he sure loves Melissa. Great service, friendly staff and good haircuts. My kids love her!

Best hair salon in town. Carissa has cut my hair the last several times I've been in and always does a fantastic job, but I would recommend any of them! My children (3 girls) are rambunctious and the ladies here manage to make them feel great about their haircuts.
