The best hitch around no others compare.

They are a joke that needs knocked off their high horse. Three people will tell you something will work and when your truck is in there, then say it won’t just to make a dime. Then they will pat them self on the back for giving you a “discount” but still charging you over $200 more then it was supposed to be. Don’t spend your money there.

I have a gooseneck hitch and a safety chain hook got caught between the hitch and U bolt while I was making a sharp turn causing the U bolt to bend. I called the company and they sent me a replacement kit at no charge! Great customer service!

I have a short box Chev Pick Up. Yesterday That'sMYTruck installed the 18000 slide hitch from BW. It is a great hitch and works great. I have used the slide three times and did not have one problem. Great hitch. I recommend it highly.

Does the shock absorber on a b&w BWRVK3500 companion hitch head need to be adjusted? I can't get the head level side to side, but I'm trying to do it by hand. Will it level itself when the trailer is attached?

They got leveling kit I called the company and they sent me one for free

I have a 16K 5th wheel hitch, sometimes it will open the jaws to put out from under the camper. I have tried bumping the the camper with no results. You have to manually pry them open.

I was having a similar issue. #1 sometimes the truck and trailer we're to uneven at the hitch causing it to bind. #2 there is a flat spring under the head that keeps the head level, on side had broke causing the head to bind no matter what. B&W was very helpful and quick to get me the new spring. Give them a shout.
