The limeades. Don’t sleep on them. So good! Was not prepared for my po boy to come on fried bread. It was a little hard to eat. All the appetizers were good we tried nearly all of them. Good place to go for family style dining.

Wonderful service from Whisper and Patience. Fresh, hot food and tasty ice tea. The hush puppies are INCREDIBLE. We were seated quickly and the staff functioned as a team with many people checking on us. Recovering from this pandemic has been tough for them - give this place a chance as they rebuild their business!

Not a complaint. Great food with great people and environment. Even with it 80 outside its nice on the back deck and the waitress was so helpful to tell us what things are. She helped us pick out the perfect meal and sides. Love the Cole slaw that was recommended.

We decided to try it today. Was not busy so we were seated quickly. Then sat there. Finally asked the waitress for a menu. She said they were out of menus. She tried to show us the menu on something that kept going off. Finally just left. Really need some supervising in this restaurant.

Masks are required when entering and walking around while not at your table. We have limited inside seating, no groups bigger than 6 inside, outside seating available, limited table service, UV germicidal lights are used and we germicide tables also, paper 1 time use menus (supposed to be), paperless menus. We don't sit large parties inside but outside seating is available for bigger parties. People aren't very pleased with us when we won't sit their large parties inside or ask them to wear masks. We are one of the few businesses in Hochatown that enforce COVID safety practices.
No, you should be good. You should know, however, there is no inside dining. Our porches and decks are open. We have misters and fans which make them both really pleasant. Customers make their order at the front counter and then pick up their food at the back window. We have no wait staff. People come up to the window for refills on drinks or other requests. Don't know if that will sway you from eating with us, but thought you know ahead of time. Thank you for your interest in eating with us. Stay safe.
