I ordered online and when I went to pick up my pizza the pizza was burnt. When I asked the manager they said that was normal and would not discount my pizza. I would recommend going to the pizza hut across the street instead. These people were rude and did not want to make the pizza correct.

First off I called at 9:35pm talked to one of their answering people 1 large pizza delivery. She said 25 to 30 minutes ok. Called again at 10:11 n talked to actual person at store n he said another 30 to 35mins! I freaked out and got mad yesss, NEVER DID I SAY CANCEL MY ORDER. I did hang up though. Call back at 10:43 checking on my pizza. He canceled it cause he didn't know if I still wanted it...... Freaked out and he got another one going to deliver. 11:10 I call again n driver just left with it. 11:24 pizza was delivered and looks lovely..... do no recommend by no means

The pizza here is delicious & always hot when picked up. I love using the coupons on the app. The manager, James, has exceptional customer service skills.

Stopped in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon to place an order and carry out. Was told when I entered the facility that they were not taking orders until 4:30...? According to their store hours on the door they were open. Evidently they are not interested in gaining new business.
