This is the most miserable company to deal with that I've ever encountered. They will not return calls to the warranty department. They stonewalled me at every turn, to the point that they told me no one was there that could help with my issue. I ended up calling from different phone numbers to get them to answer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I would give no stars if possible. I contacted them 2 months after purchasing piece of junk of a trailer. I wanted to file a warranty claim they told me I had to go thru the dealer which I tried for more than 6 months and then come to find out dealer never filed a claim. When I contacted norstar again they denied my warranty claim because lack of maitnance. So how would they know if I did maintenance or not?? Don’t buy their trailers they are junk my jack system keeps falling apart

I wish I would have done more research on Norstar prior to purchasing. I purchased a brand new utility truck bed from a dealer with a truck I purchased. It’s wasn’t cheap however looked well built and included all the features i was looking for. Less than 2 years later in the Ohio winters it’s rusting pretty bad and I spray my truck off regularly. In addition to that some of the latches for some of the boxes could be improved on they’re constantly getting water in them and freezing. Certainly there’s a different style that would be more effective for those of us who have to deal with the cold. I accidentally left a door open moved the truck and it got damaged. I contacted norstar trying to order a new door and got no where. After numerous emails and voice messages they simply didn’t want to sell me a replacement door. Highly frustrated with this bed and customer service. I’d advise taking your money elsewhere.

Wish I could leave zero stars......bought a brand new ETG21 Gooseneck and it may possibly be the biggest pile of junk I have ever owner....Nice to pay $16k for trash. Thing is so out of alignment it travels 3-4 inches outside the vehicle. Then when you want to do warranty work, weeks out.....Didn't buy a trailer to sit in a shop!!! Junk Ramp system too! DONT BUY
