I might have bought my trailer from a dealer, but you are the manufacturer. $16,000 on a new trailer that broke after two months. One of the two tandem jacks broke. 10,000 lbs on a trailer meant to hold 21,000 lbs. when it happened I was sure warranty would cover it, and I’d be able to move on. Well, I was wrong. Turns out your warranty covers nothing? At least that’s what the dealer says, and that’s pretty much what the 323 warranty hotline says too. You’ll cover service? Not parts? What? $16,000? What? So, I taped the Jack up, and finished my working season without unhooking my trailer. After get told that no one would cover anything, I bit the bullet and paid my dealer to fix the Jack. $800 more. I could not find another company willing to work on the trailer. Did it anyways because I wanted to start my season fresh. The dealer takes my trailer in, and has it for a month. With zero communication I might add. After I got my trailer back, I immediately put it to work. I should actually be at work right now. Buttttttt guess what happened? The other Jack broke.. Two month in to my fresh season. Idk what garbage you guys are using to build these, but I again only have 10,000 lbs on this trailer............. meant for 21,000 lbs................... Now let’s talk about the rest of the trailer. 10 ply tires on a triple axle? Yup bought 6 new tires after a month. I can’t even begin to explain what the hell the lights are doing. I’m just happy they work some of the time at this point.. I’ve replaced the battery, and have a small hydraulic leak. My hydraulic pump doesn’t sound good either. If you’re considering selling this companies trailers, you’re gonna have a lot of unhappy customers. Should read the dealers reviews lol.. I should have at least.. If you’re considering personally buying one of their trailers, then you should just stick to a name that backs their product, or a company that at least advertises their trash cans as what they are.

Great price on trailer, wished they had one this size with heavier weight axles and tires in the same price range. Best selling point was the Great warranty and road side assistance for 2years! Thanks guys

Garbage trailer, Company wont stand behind their product. Junk paint and steel to the point of severe rusting and paint peeling everywhere. Started within 1.5 years of owning. Tried to work something out but I assume they're better off with unhappy customers. Stay away and never buy a Load Trail. The company is not worthy of your business.

I purchased a dump trailer a year and a half ago. It has multiple broken welds. The dealer I got it from won't return my calls and another location that shows as a dealer says they don't work on them. I asked load trail if I could take it to another shop and was told no because these are close to me ( even though they are both an hour and a half away) next closest is around 2 hours. There were things I liked about leaf trail a lot better then others but I won't be purchasing another.
