Jenni did an amazing job of helping me. Roman was my sales consultant and he was friendly but new so the manager really pulled through. Jenni was extremely helpful and went above and beyond after the vehicle I got transferred ended up having starting issues and they didn’t want to sell me that vehicle. I went from a 2018 with 50k miles (my original transfer) to a 2020 with 10k miles. I had a trade in and they worked with me through the whole process. Everyone there wanted to make sure I got the best deal and was in love with the vehicle. I recommend always just going straight in. Chat was a mess and not helpful, they lost my original approval and when I tried to go back into chat all they cared about was running my credit again. If I could go back I would just start with the store first!
