I used to be a Regular until I got accused of having a fake ID. I renewed my licensee last year not sure how going back to the DMV and wafting 100$ will help, they haven't changed how they make them. I can only hope my appearance wasn't a reason I was denied entire. The store around the corner has better prices but longer lines i used to value my time more but now its not worth it
