The overall quality of the business was very pleasant to us. The tips for her kindness was well worth me and my dad's sunday chill and breakfast. Although the 7:00am traffic lead to 10 AM rush hour. I was glad to have a chance to see the town and live a little. Food and coffee are important in a morning environment. I HOP I recommend you.

Quality and taste at its best. Though P in IHOP means pancake but pancake of Spangles tastes better than IHOP, quantity is more in IHOP. We tried drinks too and they are awesome

Alonzo was our waiter, and he was awesome. We went in at 5am and he must've just got in because the place was a mess. He was working very hard at cleaning up tables and serving everyone, and remained very professional. He wasn't complaining and he had a good attitude. He stood out so much to us that we wanted to honor his work ethic that you just don't see anymore. IHOP is IHOP, but when you have exceptional service from a young man like that, it makes you willing to go back.

This place is filthy! And they employees are yelling at each other. Tables full of dirty dishes an nothing is wiped down! We will never be back to this establishment. Unless your gonna hold your staff accountable for their hygiene and your establishment being clean you need to shut it down!! The vents in the ceiling are covered in dust and cakes with dirt! Poor poor place to come
