I didn’t even pay for service here. Matt, one of the tech’s, answered the phone when i called the closest mechanic to my location at the time. He answered my questions, helped me understand the problem, looked at my car and physically showed me the issue, explaining each detail of what needed to be fixed. Completely free of charge. Then as I was getting ready to leave, he said let me check your fluids while you’re here…just to be safe!! Amazing human being and great customer service. If i lived in the area i would get all my engine work done here.

I’ve taken my car here to get serviced for every service since we purchased the car. This location is very convenient but after today I won’t be back. After my first visit my husband clued me in on the fact that they up sell things like air filters that are very cheap to purchase and easy to install yourself. That’s fine that’s your game. I don’t know the difference in oil types etc. Today I simply asked for exactly what my husband had done last time to avoid any up selling that didn’t need done. When given the amount of the invoice I said let me call my husband to make sure that’s what we paid last time. While on the phone the employee thought it necessary to say that I was being rude not trusting him. I then proceed to tell him that they like to take advantage of women who don’t no anything better. Of course it was then necessary to argue with me and make additional comments. I ended with I won’t be back, he was fine with that. I especially liked the other employee waving goodbye as I drove away. Very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Explained everything but they started acting different once I explained that I had brought the part because I had already bought it before calling them. They charged me $97 just to replace my belt. I feel like it was a little much but it might not have been.
