Super reasonable rentals. The skiffs are great for a day fishing on the lake.

Got in line at the boat rental facility before 10 to rent kayaks. Waited in line approximately 35 minutes, we were third in line. Got to the window and were told that they only had 1 kayak left to rent. We asked how many kayaks were in their rental fleet and they said usually 3 but one was broken. So, 42 miles of shoreline and they have 2 kayaks for rent. Just a suggestion. It would avoid wasting time standing in line if you posted what was available to rent somewhere on the building before the rental counter. The line had grown to approximately 15 people before we were done. Hopefully none of them were anticipating kayaking today.

I rented a boat with my family, the experience was fun, 50$ for 2 hour it was 100% worth it, until we got back to pay, my mom signed the receipt and we were on our way back to the campsite, until I heard the lady repeatedly say, "so noo tip?" Or are you not going to leave a tip?, I went back and asked her "do you want a tip? She said yes so I asked her for the receipt to add it, and she said that they can't add tips to cards 😲 this was such an awkward moment, in my head I was like then why you repeatedly ask for a tip, and my boyfriend just came around with 10$ cash and gave it to them, such an awkward experience, I have never been asked for a tip so blentantly, except for when I accidentally got a massage at the wrong spa 😉🤣🤣🤣
