It really confuses me the amount of effort people in sales will put in to not make the sale. I came in to get a key duplicated but I wanted to use my own blank. There was no way to pay for a service, instead of a product. You could have sold me a random blank key and used mine. This appears to be a lack of training for your front of shop employees-please make sure they know how to use the manual key cutter. At least he was polite when he referred me to another business.
