This was my first time getting my nails done, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My neighbor recommended Nails by Holly to be, and I had a great time. Chou took great care of me and my friend and my nails look great. I will be back soon for sure!

We have been there 3 times. The first time my daughter and I had a mediocre experience at best. We had gel manicures and regular pedicures, the ladies doing our nails were rude and dismissive. We came back a second time hoping it was a one time and had a better experience, until two days later my daughter's purple nails turned green. Then today we were going for a convienece factor, we made an appointment at noon for 4:00, we arrived 10 minutes early we were not recognized we weren't acknowledged, we waited until 20 minutes after our original appointment and decided to leave. 3 strikes we're done.

So I don't normal write negative review but I was upset after my visit at this salon. Walking in everything was all right the lady's were nice and they sat us down pretty quick. It was during the pedicure that it went bad. When she was trimming my toes and fixing my cuticles she decided to trim the side of my pinky toe to make it square (I'm assuming that was her intention) the way my toe is its not square so she cut half of my nail and proceeded to rip it out the nail from the nail bed, Making me flinch in the process but hiding her mistake by putting my foot back into the water. I didn't notice how bad it was till I got home and realized my toe was covered in blood. I wouldn't be upset about this but I specifically got my nails done for my friends wedding but now when I put my heels on my pinky toe re-opens and bleeds. Her wedding is tomorrow and I'm already dreading walking 6 hours in heels.

i refuse to go anywhere else! every nail tech in this salon does a good job. they never rush. reasonably priced. also the cleanest salon ive seen yet. excellent acryllics, mani/pedi & massage, designs, eyebrows, you name it! ive never left disappointed.
