I would stay far away from this edible arrangement location. They are a bunch of thief and do not care at all about customer experience. My boyfriend ordered me a bundle with delivery. First let’s start off by saying it was 6 PM and nothing was getting delivered to me my boyfriend felt embarrassed and said hr would go to the store to pick up which he did the owner then told him he would receive a partial refund back which he never got it’s been over 10 days already. Second let’s talk about how ugly the flowers were nothing like the picture there was suppose to be a teddy bear they gave him one which looked nothing like the picture and was horrendous the strawberries were small and half melted. A huge waste of money and a embarrassment to my boyfriend because he tried I would never recommend anyone to purchase from here this man owns two locations the DAVIE one and Pembroke Pines one which my boyfriend had to run around to both location because on top of that they don’t pick up the phone. If I can give them a zero star I would. Thanks for nothing edible arrangement.

Valentine’s Day… I’m out of state so I sent a gift basket… basket and berries arrived ok… with someone else’s greeting card. REALLY? ! Pembroke Pines location… you had one job.

3rd time i order from this store. 3rd time something is missing. I order a $60 - 12 strawberries mothers day box. They were not like the picture. They were missing the little chocolate mothers day arrangements. Same happened with fathers day and other occasion. Never again will pay so much money and not get what i order. I went to my local market, got a box of strawberries and a girardelli chocolate to melt box. Spent $15 total and made myself better chocolate covered strawberries than edible arrangements, the best!!!

Talking about customer service they were very friendly and patient with me. I placed an order of three arrangements for the next day, specific time delivery and everything... well, I had to call the same day to cancel the order because it was a corporate event and my company had to suspended the meeting. The lady over the phone was super nice with me letting me re-schedule my order. But two hours later, I called to re-place the order, only two arrangements and different time delivery. The driver made it on time and they came in perfect conditions. Let’s wait to see if they taste as good as they look.
