I stopped in looking to get either a new vehicle or used with no real frame of mind as to what I wanted when I walked in the door. Derek was on top of it! He came over and greeted me before I even had a chance to look around and know what my options were. Not only did I feel heard, I felt understood. In the past I have had poor experiences when trying to buy a car as I felt like the only thing that mattered WAS making the sale irrespective of what was best for me at the end of the day. Derek is like no other salesman that I have had the pleasure of working with. He cares more about YOU as a customer than making a sale at the end of each day. That goes a long way in my book, personally, and is unheard of in the industry. He did everything to make sure I understood what was being asked/expected of me and even worked magic in financing to get me an amazing interest rate! I trust that Derek had MY best interests at heart rather than his own, and I don't know a single other person in the industry that I can say that about. ANYTHING car purchase related, Derek is absolutely your go-to. I am the happy and proud owner of a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Final Edition Evolution. A dream car and a dream salesman!

I’m never buying a vehicle from this dealership again. They were accommodating at first but after you reach 60k miles, nothing is covered. I have been waiting over 8 months to get my door fixed and each appointment they tried to charge me to diagnose that the door wouldn’t open (which is obvious), for the service, for the part, and for any subsequent damage. The grievance that caused me to write this review was their associate who lied straight to my face twice about what was being charged. My mother came with me to pick up my car and she heard him change his story about what was being charged twice. That was pretty funny. Horrible customer service.

I bought 2 cars from Bob baker including a Genesis. I have always gotten a loaner car when I brought in my Genesis until my last appt. Service writer said I could not have one and argued with me saying I had only gotten one with warranty work..not true. passed me on to service mgr. who never called me back. I called again today and was passed to the service mgr. again..was told she would call right back, No call. I will be getting my cars serviced elsewhere.

Just leased a 2022 Tucson. This will be my 4th lease and it was easily the best experience. Paul was awesome from the beginning. Personable and honest. Not pushy. When we got to finance Mark was just as great. It was fastest we’ve ever done paperwork. Took only about an hour. Totally recommend this dealership before Escondido. Even though they don’t have a lot of inventory they can still get you what you’re looking for. Paul found mine the day after I reached out to him :)
