Our experience was great from the start. Denise, our saleswoman, was knowledgeable about the cars & helped us narrow down exactly what we needed. PJ from sales expedited the sales process and we were done in no time. Jason, the GM, was exceptional. He went above & beyond to help us get the perfect car. The place is a zoo. They are all about selling you a vehicle but the customer service after the sale is non existent. They are more interested in getting a 10 their survey, than actually providing good service in order to earn a 10. The lender from trade in, indicated that the odometer statement was not received with the pay off amount. So they are unable to close the account out on my trade. This means, my credit is at risk! I called for 4 days and left multiple voice mails in order to get someone to help me with this and no one has returned my calls. I had to start calling them every 15 min until they got irritated and finally got someone on the phone who would help. That person was rude and did not seem to think this was important. But eventually, agreed to contact the lender to see what was outstanding and close the account. Disrespectful, unacceptable, sad, sub par and extremely frustrating. I would recommend avoiding this dealer and spend your money where they respond and respect customers.

I went in to dealership to inquire about the lease exchange. I wasn't planning to trade my car yet but was open. Eric. Schweitzer was who worked with me. He was extremely nice, helpful, professional and sincere. As it turned out I did trade my rogue in early for another and I am so happy that I did. I will absolutely return to Coral Springs Auto Mall when it's time to do another trade. Much appreciated.

I am very very happy with the service provided. The person who help us (Edward R.) was so professional and very helpful. He really knows what he’s doing 👍🏼. Despite being covered under warranty, he made sure that the service was completed correctly, moreover I was given a rental car. My service was successfully completed before the estimated time. I would definitely highly recommend the dealer and the person who took care of us.
