🚨DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER🚨 I bought a 2018 Ram from this place and less than 2 weeks after I got it, I started having transmission issues. They didn’t disclose any issues to me prior to purchase, and it was very hard to get in contact with them about the problem. Upon finally getting a response from them, they acted like they already knew it needed a new transmission, even though the codes thrown could be from a plethora of different issues. I was told they would pay for $1,000 of the repair they would do for $5,000. Mind you, I had just put $6,000 down on this truck a week and a half prior. I’ve tried contacting them on multiple other occasions to tell them that is unacceptable and they need to make this right and they refuse to respond to me. Go somewhere else! These are not the kind of people you want to put your trust in and do business with!!

Stay far away. They are not honest, helpful, or have any integrity. Lied about not doing a thorough inspection on the vehicle I bought lied about information they provided to us and they also are not willing to do anything to try to rectify the situation by the situation Typical sales person now of a sudden can't remember anything of what he said also can't figure out how to get the information I need in order to perform maintenance on the truck I bought from them. Only have the truck 60 days and already have to do a major repair.
