The store manager Johnna is VERY RUDE. I was spoke to like I was the scum of the earth. Then when my husband went back with me he was treated the same way. We contacted Aaron's customer service and was treated very nicely. We told them the problem and had her contact said manager and cancel our order. If I could leave ZERO stars for this store I would.

So it was good at first when I started with this company on leasing items then my chair broke they said they would keep me up to date on when the parts would be in. It was a month later that a said the parts were in and it would take a month to repair. I do not think it should take a month to repair a chair and take a month to get parts. I also ask if they had a replacement and they said they do not do that for this company any other Aaron's I have gone to has done this it's by. I would give them a zero if I could.

Kinda felt as if they wanted to push my husband and I out the door but otherwise really good service

The store manager is very rude. She should really learn some customer service skills. Even after giving another chance. She's still very rude and she talks to you like you don't have common since. I will never go into the store or send any customers there way.
