Taxi showed up on time and got us to the destination, the drivers weren’t very pleasant to talk with. They seemed agitated when I asked him if he was at the correct location as well as the color of the car. Probably won’t pick them again

That is not a question.
I only trust Jerry, he is kind and the cab is roomy and very clean. Yes the people answering that phone are rude, but ask to have Jerry pick you up, he is very polite.
Reason I added the time stamp for further review. You don't have to bs me just pull up the phone records buddy.
It is a question that cannot get a total answer up front because of wait time. You can do a rough estimate yourself. It is $2.00 to get into the cab. It is $2.00 for every mile that is driven. If you do have the driver wait for you between places then it is .40 cents a minute. Your driver may ask for some money up front and it is their right to do that.
We are busy at all different times of day... And just because you live close to the office doesn't mean you'll get a cab fast... Our cab's are all over town not sitting at the office...

When you consider that we transport approx 10,000 people a month, there is a lot of feedback that is not posted.
