Dropped vehicle off to have exhaust work done. Covered under warranty. They had the car for 1 week. We picked the car up got home and when I got under the car to look at the new parts I saw nothing new. After listening to the car for a minute I quickly realized no work was done AT ALL! we have the receipt for $800 in repairs. After calling them they stated they messed up and never did the work. Instead of getting us right back in, now we have to wait again to get in. This is completely unacceptable. If I didn’t get under the car to check the work my fiancé would be driving around, not even noticing it. Moral of the story never trust what the mechanic says and always check it yourself after having work done! Be aware of this place. Sketchy. Manager offered no real solution besides that they messed up and to come back. Check out the pic below, dropped it off like this, picked it up one week later like this. Not a single thing done. But charged $800

Plantation Ford with the assistance of Mr. Richard provided the best customer service I have received from a dealership in Fort Lauderdale. Follow ups and keeping me informed on what was going on with my vehicle was outstanding and very much appreciated. Mr. Richard’s knowledge of my issue and another issue that had to do with another vehicle that I have was on point and he provided background information as well which is so important and he didn’t say right off the bat - you need to leave your vehicle here for us to investigate - offered up possible problems and what they’ve seen on the issue and took my car that was having a recall issue right in. Kudos to plantation Ford and Mr. Richard!

Took my 2005 F-150 to Plantation Ford after having two other mechanics look at it. Was assigned Jose as my service advisor. The wait time for the truck to be looked at was longer than I was advised when I called, but not too much longer. I was having engine issues which also took a bit longer than usual to diagnose (no fault of Plantation Ford). In the end, they were able to diagnose the problem correctly and get me set up with the correct solution. Jose and his team were great. I will be bringing this vehicle back to them whenever I need service again.

Maybe you should call the service department. I'm sure they don't monitor Google to make appointments.
