I am NOT Satisfied from this place they don’t know how to fix the problem. Once they touch the vehicle then every month problem after problem. Secondly at this location a man working name mike he don’t know how to treat customers he talk and work like a street and garage mechanic very very unprofessional person. He use to work at orange location.

Their customer service and professionalism is the worst. I went here to get my emissions done and got there at 4:27pm. They refused to do the emisson becasue they close at 5pm and wouldn't have enough time, but they closed at actually 6pm. He felt a need to point to the sign stating that emission testing closes at 5pm but in the time that he took to make me feel like nothing for thinking I can just come in there at 4:30pm for an emission testing that takes, what he said is "30 minutes or longer" they could of had my car in and out in 30 minutes. Not to mention I spoke to a women the day before and I was told if I came at 4:30pm. So I left work a few minutes early to get turned away. Not to mention I know that emissions take 10-20 minutes as it was not my first time getting it done as I have lived in CT my whole life. I never sat for 30minutes for any emissions test. His condescending nature and tone of voice was unwarranted and he must of felt he was talking to some child. I figured let me give them a try since I have lived in the area over 6yrs and normally head to Monroe, but seems my guys left from Monroe to other ventures i'd try somewhere else that is close and walking distance to home. NEVER AGAIN! They didn't even deserve the one star.

I would definitely use this shop again I went in for emissions testing. They were somewhat busy I was told it may take an half hour to forty five minutes but it was less than that. If I could give 6 stars I would but I'm only allowed 5
