This place has horrible customer service, they were supposed to have fixed my girlfriends phone but instead they took her 200 dollars and didn’t fix anything. After she went back to them to see if they’d actually fix it they wouldn’t help her. Horrible place!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. These people rely on tourists that will not be back in the Miami Beach area. They use cheap parts that work for a few hours and break again when you're long gone from the area. I got my phone repaired here and they put a cheap defective screen on it. When they gave the phone back to me the colors were all off and it broke again within 2 hours. My phone was just an all black screen. They use cheap parts that don't last. My phone was in better condition when i brought it in. I told the owner about the defective screen and he refused to make it right.

Hands down! Best customer service, not sure if it was the pizza he was enjoying or the motivational speaking he had playing throughout the store!!!!! But either way. I’m all for pizza and a good speech. Oh yeah the phone, okay so we originally called another company two days in a row and they played CRAZY… crazy enough they recommended MIAMI VICE. The moment I walked right in he immediately no question started on the phone.!!!! Definitely the place to fix phones when your in Miami Beach….
