Poor customer service. I waited 15 mins for a bed to open up...no problem, no complaints. My issue is when i came out i was told the bathroom was closed for the night. Thats ridiculous

Nice place but air condition needs to be set lower. Its always hot in there. Need more than 1 level 4 tanning bed in Ansonia location. I pay good money for that level but almost always have at least a 20 minute wait to tan

Love it there! Girls are sweet! And the tanning beds are great! If you do level 3 the tanning beds have air conditioning. You won't get so hot! Lol! And you don't feel Cloister phobic.
