CoSuite is an upscale and modern coworking space in a great location in the heart of Brickell. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the conference rooms and common areas are great for team meetings. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Every office is unique. Office square footage depends on the number of employees that can fit in an office. Our offices are on a first come, first serve basis. Contact us for a tour!
We have a parking garage conveniently attached to the building. It’s through a third-party company and is not included in the membership.
We offer both Month-to-Month terms and longer commitment terms. Our flexible service agreement terms allow you to scale up or down easily as your company needs change.
Our memberships include a variety of amenities that may help your business grow. Our conference rooms are equipped with universal wireless screen sharing, computers, and white boards. Our Brickell location opened in September 2020. We are a growing community open since 2018!
Non-members can have access to the space outside of regular hours by appointment only. Members have 24/7 access to their office and common areas in both locations, Brickell-Miami and Boca Raton. The Community Coordinator and Operations Manager are on-site Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
