Ordered from uber eats, worked taco bell for a couple years. I know what the foods supposed to be like. Steak was old and hard. I, was shorted three bags of nacho chips. Ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa and received a regular chalupa which was also hard. It was obviously sitting for a very long time. Also my soft taco shell was hard and stale. And I had steak to replace the beef. The portion was short. Wasn't even a full scoop and it was the old steak that was on my chalupa. Very disappointed Where's management. Do they honestly even care?

There’s no need for fast food places to be open till midnight. 98% of people that are employed are kids most of whom it’s their first job no one over 25 years old is applying for fast food because they pay nothing just to get swamped with people or cars. By the time 12 o’clock hits they have to spend another hour hour and a half cleaning up by the time they leave it’s almost 130-2 in the morning. In personal heath alone they shouldn’t allow fast food to be open as long as they want. Over all this Taco Bell is amazing full of hard working kids which is hard to find now and days. So if your order is wrong or they missed something or you had to wait a few more minutes keep in mind behind that register or drive thru window there’s young kids trying their best so stop being a slob and be kind to them your food is coming. Just a reminder you can always go home and cook your own food, cook our own food!?!? Yes you know that thing people use to do that’s healthy try it from time to time it Discussed me to see cars wrapped around the building for fast food, you’d rather wait 20-30 for tacos then to eat something better for your health. That’s America for you.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Legit placed an online order and I pulled up to the drive thru at 5pm for them to tell my they weren’t taking orders. I explained to them I had placed an online order and they still told me they weren’t taking orders. I told them again and they finally said to come inside. When I got inside they were working on someone else’s order which was fine but when I saw them making my order they were all just standing around and then said sorry after I had waited over 15-20 mins inside for them to make my order and it was only 2 tacos! Then when I got home I opened the Crunchwrap and there was barely any beef and they didn’t even put nacho cheese. Not to mention it was burnt all on the bottom. After I took a bite of it, it tasted so horrible and off that I spit it out. And then when I went to eat the cinnamon twists, they were super hard so I couldn’t even bite into them. Overall I’m super dissatisfied and would never return to this location again. The staff seriously needs to get it together.

Too rude at customers. I have a placed an online drive through order. They missed few of the items, after checking it i went back again to get those items. When I started opening the wraps this is how they made 3 of my quesadillas. I went back again and showed them the lady over there started arguing that they are not burnt and that is how they make. She kept and arguing with me that they aren’t burnt. I thought it was useless to argue with such a stupid lady and came back. Totally disappointed with her behavior. This is not how they should treat customers.
