We had a really wonderful and memorable experience living in 301. Much of what has already been said we echo. The management and maintenance team is top-notch – despite it being a new complex, they still work to update landscaping and add new installations each year. The workout room is great and rarely used; the machines, when out-of-order, get fixed promptly. Noise from other units is apparent when you’re in the hallways but disappears once you enter your premise. 301 in particular has some great internal architecture but is still outfitted with modern fixtures. There will be sound from the bars on Crown or the sirens on George, but that’s pretty inevitable given how central you are. The other residents have been very friendly as well! With all this in mind, rent is probably higher than other options you have in New Haven, but not without cause in our opinion. Keep up the great work, guys!

My partner and I lived at Metro Star on Crown for two years— the location was absolutely perfect, close to the hospital, downtown shops and restaurants, and Yale. The leasing management was lovely and very attentive to any questions or help. There is also a large rooftop with umbrellas, lounge chairs, grills and tables— which is a great spot to hang out when the weather is nice!! They also recently turfed a spot for dogs right out front on the George Street side, making this place even more dog friendly than it already was, definitely recommend living here!

My husband and I have lived at Metro Star Apartments (Metro on Crown) in New Haven since the spring of 2019. It was an easy choice initially due to the proximity to the hospital, but the community continues to surprise us year after year. We love our leasing office (shout out to Nichole for always being so awesome) and our neighbors as a whole. I know our maintenance crew by name - they are a constant, friendly improvement presence. Just genuinely good people all around. We love our apartment, the decor, the rooftop with fantastic views, covered garage, and the thought and time that went into our lovely business center and fitness center. My husband and I love being able to walk just next door to bars and restaurants - being in the center of it all is a wonderful thing! Recent improvements like the turfed dog-walk area and key-entry package area only make us love this place more. In fact we are moving - to a larger apartment in the same building. We plan to stick around through my husband's residency! If you work at the hospital especially, this is a fantastic community to make your own. I would recommend Metro Star in New Haven to anyone interested in a safe, modern, well-located place to call home!

Have been living here now for a couple of months and I love it! It's a complex with several buildings and different types of apartments in it. There is two entrances one in Crown street and another one in George street. Apartments have modern open kitchens with very nice counters, good appliances, beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, and all details are from a good quality. I don't hear the noise of the street in my apartment at all. I like the private feeling. Location can't be better, it's in the heart of New Haven close to Yale, restaurants, bars and shops. And the attention of Nicole that is the person in charge of service in this compound it's wonderful. Prices comparable with other properties in the area.
