My son rode his bike after work to get dinner for himself and once he arrived home he realized he didn’t get what he ordered. It was then too late for him to ride back as it was already dark. There is no way to contact a store or store manager and their customer service team is junk. They too are frustrated that you can’t call the store to resolve your problem. Why is that? The majority of the time their food is good. This review is about the frustration of not being able to contact the store.

Really looking forward to a filling burger. Has to wait 25 mins not a word from staff saying it would be a while. Also, upon ordering.. I was told I could NOT purchase a drink with the meal plan. I had to pay separately for 1 drink. I saw no other patrons be told that. One patron even got a refund cuz he wasn't told it was going to be 30 to 45 mins. He got the refund and his order was ready and he he was able to take his food too. Hmmm. Very disappointed in how this establiment was run.
