This is the only jack in the box I’ve ever been told I’ll be charged for ranch after two packs. I don’t come to this location anymore specifically because of that

I went to go there on my lunch break ordered two items from the menu and was given two different items that weren’t close to what I asked for and when I got back to my job it was too late to go back and correct it. Now I’ll take some blame because whoever was working the window did confirm the order although i thought she was talking to another costumer in the drive through but I don’t understand how my order came out to something else.

They are hard workers. Nice people great food ,fresh coffee ,free refill and they dont forget to give napkins😍

Can’t beat jack in the box tacos! Do yourself a favor and get the loaded mini tacos! Ordered ahead of time on the app for drive thru pickup. The line was SO long that we decided to just go inside. Even though there weren’t any customers inside, we still had to wait. It was probably a shorter wait than in the drive thru line. Will we come again? Of course because tacos!
