Scammers! Never go there I went on Friday the 5th to get a second prepaid line and they convinced me that 2 lines post pay will be $95 for both and today I got a $252.93 charge on my bank account. I’m filing a claim against them! Trust me do not go to this store they will scam you! I’m lucky I didn’t sign the phone contract with them!

All employees & manager were so professional & sweet ! They greet you with a big smile as soon as you step foot into the door. I got help right away & the process of getting a new phone was super easy. They know exactly what they’re doing & answered any questions that I had with no hesitation. Looking for a store to go to for questions or assistance ? This store is it ! Trust me. Clean, professional, fast, & the best. 10/10 would recommend this AT&T store to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE. First, they sold us used phones when they told us it was brand new. Then got a new phone that was used AGAIN with 50+ apps on it. They clearly don’t wipe the phones. The guy who sold us the phones added a “ghost line to make our bill lower” he said the bill was going to be $167. Welp…. $450 bill came in and found out we were completely scammed. The employee changed our bill completely, added fishers(?) and multiple other things. This place is an utter mess with employees who like to scam people. Their commissions are more important than customer service
