Prices were way off - non slip skechers with shoe description on the price card said 64.99 but all boxes of that shoe had a SALE sticker on it for 79.99 - employee seemed annoyed we asked about the difference "price is whatever on the box, the card must not be for that shoe" even though the shoes were all stacked under the example and price cards. Good selection of cheaply made shoes.

While we were shopping for shoes for my daughter there were two employees that came up and they were talking rude about us very loudly. The one was slamming shoes around while she was talking about us. Though my daughter hadn’t put a few shoes back exactly where they belonged, they did not need to do that. Especially very loudly where we could hear it. They stayed right around us for about 15 minutes staring at us and talking about us. We got the blunt of everyone’s misplacements because they were fixing shoes that we hadn’t even went around. The one that was slamming the boxes, claimed to be a manager as well, which I am a GM of a establishment and I know that is absolutely not okay to do that. When chasing two other kids around while trying on shoes with another child it is very hard to keep up with everything. Upon us walking up to the counter literally all of the three employees had turned and stared at us. That was very uncomfortable. I made sure to let them know we had heard them talking about us. The lady proceeded to raise her voice and tell me this is not my home and she is tired of cleaning up after everyone. Well to the manager lady let me just give you a little bit of advice, if you don’t want to clean up after people anymore I suggest getting out of retail. Another word of advice, you should never treat a loyal customer the way you treated us today. Especially when we weren’t treating you badly. She told us to never come back and I am completely fine with that.

Sold me two of the same type of shoe, but they were mismatched(different colors). Shoes went through two separate employees before being sold to me. The one that grabbed the other shoe, and the one who sold them to me(who also very hurriedly put them in the box before I could get a look at them, kinda sus). Went back to return, and get the correct set, and they sold the other ones already too(also mismatched). To wrap it up would not recommend shopping there, although the lady who gave me my refund was quite nice and detail oriented unlike the other two.

It is a bit overwhelming at first -- sizes aren't listed and there is a lot of selection. We had a worker (Mila? I should have remembered her name.) who patiently pulled shoes in sizes for the three kids, then put them back when they had made their decision. She was pleasant and friendly. Prices were decent considering we got Nike brand at a discount ($180 for four pairs of shoes and a hat).
