I tried to make an appointment today because I had heard good things about the Dr's here, sadly I was put on hold a total of 8 times, once for as long as 9 minutes, and when I finally was able to speak to anyone, I spoke with Marisol who is the office manager, and she was just as rude and dismissive as the receptionist Alexia. I understand being busy and under staffed, I'm working with the same situation at my job, however that is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful.

Dr Curtis is at this location only on Tuesdays. It usually takes about 2-3 months to get a appt for new patients. And yes he takes Medi-Cal & IEHP also. As for his hours when he's there are 9:00am to 12:00pm, sometimes until 12:30pm. I do wish you luck. He is a good Doctor (when you can get a appointment).
