The overall experience here is good. Three stars for the awkward drive-thru which forces you to circle McDonalds and then eventually join the drive-thru lane.

I arrive and ask for a decaf ice coffee. The guy instantly says we don't have that. I'm confused because if you have ice and you have decaf coffee you have decaf ice coffee but he wouldn't. I say since when do you not have ice and decaf coffee. Just says we don't have that for you. Wouldn't even try or ask someone to fill a cup with ice n put the hot coffee over it. Now that would be awesome customer service. Came in today. After Covid. Place is revamped and was clean inside. Food was the same but what honestly can you say about fast food. Like the McDonald's app. Get free stuff. The only thing that was bothersome was some customer was blasting his music at a booth and wasn't considerate of his surroundings..but other than that well is was ok New thing is with the app coupons. It doesn't work. I think they are taught that. It doesn't work. Well somebody better figure it out how to work. Stink alert in womans bathroom. Septic problems im told. Smell so bad you can gag. Awful

The staff at this location are extremely rude. I placed my order at the speaker and wanted to add an iced tea becausei wasnt feeling well. I was told they could not add it at the speaker I needed to go to the window. I pulled up to the window and paid then asked if I can get an iced tea. She told me no I needed to place the order at the next window. I told her they told me to do it there. Anyway I pull up and asked. The staff told me no and handed me two unmixed half filled mcflurries. I handed the back and asked if they could be mixed and she wouldn't take them. I'm behind annoyed. You should hire better friendlier staff!

Usually wouldn't complain but pay extra for bacon and cheese should be worth what I pay
