Excellent customer service, Hands Down the best place for printing. I needed some business cards and flyers fast. I mentioned to Brent Matosich that i needed them for an important meeting, he said he will have it done. Unbelievable he sent an email saying that everything was done. It took less then one day for them to print 2 sets of cards and flyers for my event. Cant thank them enough for this. And like always, the quality could not be better Mike Peters

The front desk is usually empty so you have to wait. They can’t read flash drives/hard drives for Mac, which is really frustrating. There have been a few times where I received an email saying my job was done, but when I arrived they hadn’t actually printed it yet. When I go to pick something up they have to wander around the shop looking for it—very unorganized. Paper is low quality, workers don’t seem that knowledgeable, wait times are high, and prices are excessive. The only reason I ever go here is because it’s close to my house. Note: I’m a graphic design student and only go here for small (1-5 unit) runs. Might be different for businesses.
