I have gone here 3x a week for the past five years. It is head and shoulders much better than the other two San Diego county locations. Pros: Certain employees here MAKE shopping here great. Arlin, Raul, Rene, Jessica, Brenda, Warrior, Jesse, and a few other employees are ridiculously awesome at what they do. Great customer service! The store is cleanly for the most part and well organized. Prices definitely beat those of the major food distributors such as Sysco. Cons: Sometimes they run out of something and they won't have it for weeks, sometimes months on end. Examples include togo boxes, soufflé cups, corned beef hash, tea bags, togo cups, juices. Its hard to understand why they don't order more. I've even reached out to certain companies that make these products to see what's going on but every time I have they said no shortage exists and they're not sure why it wouldn't be in stock at store given they put in an order. Aside from that, a backtrack on my pros, there are a handful of employees who need customer service training. I won't name names, but when I ask about something and you act annoyed or unwilling to help it's kind of ridiculous.

If you don't have a membership pass, you can request for a day pass at the entrance. Wonderful place for wholesale food stuff and the staff are very helpful pointing you to the right direction or the right person that knows what you need.

This place is great! Super convenient, great pricing, always stocked, and open 7 days a week! The employees are all really friendly and helpful and this place is run really well by the two managers, Rene & Arnel, who are eager to help me out and have placed multiple special orders for me. I can be in and out of here rather quickly and from what I hear that's usually not the case with other locations.
