Took my grandchildren to see Theodore the tug boat. Was greeted with a smiling hostess. We got to board the boat on a self guided tour. Kids received a magnet of Theodore. Had a picnic on the picnic tables that are there. Walked through town. A nice place to go.

Gorgeous little park in the charming town of Clayton. Located right on the St. Lawrence River this is a great place to rest after shopping in town or to bring and enjoy a picnic lunch. The park is well maintained and there are picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and a pavilion for some shade if you need. Bonus- if you bring you chair and need something to do on Sunday nights in the summer they offer a sunset series of concerts. Sundays in the summer at 6:30 pm

There are signs posted "NO SWIMMING" but apparently the people can't read because they'll still jump in😡😡😡! Pain in the butt for the people trying to fish there. No consideration.
There is a little beach at the park in a-bay although i can't remember if dogs are allowed
