Went around 11:35 ordered 6' toasted meatball sandwich med drink. Service was great,UNTIL..I went 2 get Coke out of the machine. It was way to light & had zero carbonation. I went back & asked 4 my money just for the drink back & was told no. I've never had that issue before, so I asked if I could purchase a coke out of the fridge,& be reimbursed 4 the med drink & pay whatever difference there is...the kid had no clue what 2 do so I'm assuming called management. While this went on I noticed the entire time, from start 2 finish the kid NEVER took his plastic gloves off, when he made me a sandwich, touched the money,used the phone,& after the manager told him to give me the drink( which was super nice! Thankyou!) the kid went right back 2 making sandwiches 4 the customers in line with the SAME plastic gloves on..😖 I will not b eating there again.

I myself do not patronize Subway as they are sponsor of the girls I believe hockey team or soccer team for the olympics. They allowed the girls to kneel whenever the American anthem was played and we lost. Aside from that the person with me said that the food was fresh her sub tasted very good the person taking her order was extremely nice. This Subway is much nicer than the subway that is inside Walmart in Middlefield Ohio.

Due to winter (slump) not accepting coupons... THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE VERY CHEAP HERE! if that wasn't evident enough with this sign. They have no fresh drinks either...

Clean restaurant and the food was pretty good but the subs were unusually small. The kids subs each measured at 2.5 inches instead of four.
